Directions From I-40

1. I-40 East becomes South College Road when entering Wilmington.Corning Inc. plant will be on your left.
2. Proceed straight for approx. 3.5 miles on South College Road to cross over Oleander Drive.
3. Get in far right lane following Oleander Drive to veer right onto Shipyard Blvd.
4. Proceed straight for approx. 2.5 miles to cross over 17th Street.After crossing 17th Street look for and get in far right turn lane that will automatically turn into Willie Stargell Office Park. (If you get to Carolina Beach Road Stoplight you have passed the entrance).
5. Coastal Horizons Center Building will be facing you at the bottom of the hill.

Directions From US-421

1. Depart US-74 S Front St Exit on US-17 [US-421] (East) for 0.3 mi
2. Turn RIGHT (South) onto S 3rd St for 0.6 mi
3. Bear RIGHT (South) onto US-421 [Burnette Blvd] for 1.9 mi
4. Turn LEFT (East) onto Shipyard Blvd for 1.0 mi
5. Arrive 615 Shipyard Blvd, Wilmington, NC 28412

1. Depart 9678 US-17 (South-West) for 5.8 mi
2. Turn LEFT (South) onto Ramp for 0.3 mi
3. Merge onto SR-132 [S College Rd] (South) for 3.0 mi
4. Turn RIGHT (West) onto Shipyard Blvd for 2.7 mi
5. Arrive 615 Shipyard Blvd, Wilmington, NC 28412

To CHC Pender Facility in Burgaw, NC From 615 Shipyard Blvd.

1. From 615 Shipyard Blvd turn right onto Carolina Beach Road
2. Go straight through stoplight onto S. Front St.
3. Exit to the right onto CF Memorial Bridge
4. Go over bridge and go right at 421 North exit
5. Go approximately 20 miles on 421 North
6. Make a right at Malpass Corner Road and go 5 miles
7. Make a right at stop sign onto Hwy 53 East
8. Go approximately 3 miles into downtown Burgaw
9. Make a right at the E. Wilmington Street stoplight (also 117 South Business – the Courthouse will be on your right as well, and after 1 block, this street will become S. Walker Street;
10. Go 0.6 miles; turn right into the Pender Co. Health Dept. complex

CHC offices are around the back of the complex

1. Take I 40 W. Take Exit 398 Burgaw.
2. Turn LFT on NC 53, and proceed to the traffic light.
3. Turn LFT on US 117 and travel almost 1 mile.
4. Turn RT on S. Walker St, just past Pender Success Academy.
5. Travel to 803 S. Walker St, a red brick building on LEFT.
6. Parking is in back of building.

To CHC Pender Facility in Burgaw from Hampstead

1. Take US17 SW. Turn RT on NC 210.
2. Follow NC 210 for approximately 10 miles.
3. Turn slight RT onto US 117 and travel approximately 7 miles.
4. Turn LRT onto S. Walker St and proceed to 803 S. Walker St.
